Bu Kullanım Şartları, cloudwise.com.tr web sitesini (“Site”) kullanımınıza ilişkin koşulları düzenler. Siteyi kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
1. Sitenin Amacı
Site, Cloudwise ürün ve hizmetlerinin tanıtımı ve iletişim amacıyla sunulan bilgilendirici bir platformdur. Sitedeki içerik bağlayıcı bir teklif veya taahhüt niteliğinde değildir; fiyat, kapsam ve koşullar tarafınızla ayrıca yapılacak yazışma/sözleşme ile belirlenir.
2. Fikri Mülkiyet
Sitedeki tüm içerik, tasarım, metin, görsel, logo ve “Cloudwise”, “Trakly”, “PeopleOps” dâhil marka/ürün adları Cloudwise’a veya ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir. Önceden yazılı izin olmaksızın kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz veya ticari amaçla kullanılamaz. Sitede anılan üçüncü taraf teknoloji adları (ör. Microsoft, Azure, Power Platform) ilgili sahiplerinin markalarıdır; Cloudwise bu teknolojiler üzerinde çözüm geliştirir, onları temsil ettiği veya onlarla ortaklık/onay ilişkisi olduğu iddiasında değildir.
3. Kullanıcı Yükümlülükleri
- Form ve asistanda doğru ve kendinize ait bilgiler kullanmak,
- Siteyi hukuka aykırı, zarar verici veya kötüye kullanım amacıyla kullanmamak,
- Otomatik araçlarla aşırı/istismar edici erişimde bulunmamak, güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmamak.
4. Yapay Zekâ Asistanı Hakkında
Sitedeki yapay zekâ asistanı yalnızca genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Yanıtlar hatalı, eksik veya güncel olmayabilir ve hukuki, mali veya profesyonel tavsiye ya da bağlayıcı taahhüt teşkil etmez. Kesin bilgi ve teklif için lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin.
Asistana ve iletişim formuna girdiğiniz bilgiler (mesaj içeriği dâhil) hizmeti sunmak, talebinizi yanıtlamak ve kaliteyi iyileştirmek için kaydedilip işlenir; ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası'ndadır. E-posta adresiniz yalnızca talebinize yanıt vermek için kullanılır.
5. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

7. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Uyuşmazlık
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.
8. Değişiklikler ve İletişim

These Terms of Use govern your use of the cloudwise.com.tr website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

3. Your Responsibilities

- Do not use the Site unlawfully, harmfully or abusively;
- Do not use automated tools for excessive/abusive access or attempt to bypass security.
4. About the AI Assistant
The AI assistant is for general information only. Its answers may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date and do not constitute legal, financial or professional advice, nor a binding commitment. For definitive information and quotes, please contact us.
Information you enter into the assistant or the contact form (including message content) is recorded and processed to provide the service, respond to you and improve quality; see our Privacy Policy. Your email is used only to respond to your request.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudwise does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free and is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
